What Moonplan provides
Moonplan presents lunar phases, astronomical calculations, calendar information, a lunar atlas and activity suggestions based on cultural traditions. Dates and times depend on the city, time zone and settings selected in the app. Calculations and reference data may contain approximations or errors; actual visibility also depends on local conditions.
Planning suggestions express traditional interpretations. They are not scientifically established effects, professional advice or guarantees of success. Use your own judgement and reliable specialist sources for decisions involving health, safety, legal matters or finances. Moonplan is not a navigation or safety tool.
App licence and Apple
For an app distributed through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement applies unless a different licence is expressly supplied with that app. These website terms do not replace that agreement or change Apple’s usage rules. Apple is not the publisher of Moonplan. Product questions should be sent to Aurelia Labs.
The website currently presents a preview of Moonplan. Screenshots show sample dates and settings; they are not a live report of the Moon above your current location. Availability and supported features may vary by app version and region.
Using the website and content
You may use the website to learn about Moonplan and contact support. Do not attempt to compromise its security, disrupt access, misuse the support address or infringe others’ rights. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
The Moonplan name, original design and original content belong to Aurelia Labs or their respective rights holders. Fonts, software components and reference material may have separate licences. See the credits and sources. Do not imply endorsement by Apple, NASA or another source.
Availability and future purchases
This website does not take payments or enrol you in a subscription. No price, trial period or paid plan is offered here. If paid features are introduced, the applicable price, duration, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before a purchase. A future policy update does not authorise a charge.
Accuracy and your rights
We aim to keep Moonplan and its information useful and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error free calculations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided as available. App warranties and liability are governed by the applicable app licence and mandatory law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes legal remedies available in your place of residence. If an issue arises, you can contact us, but doing so is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.
Privacy and changes
Read our Privacy Policy for how information is handled. We may update these terms as the product changes, with a revised date on this page and any notice required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have.
